Understanding sales is a part of where I come from.

My dad was a salesman for over 45 years in the medical field selling ultrasound machines. He rose to be the number one in the entire Pacific Northwest.

One of the things he instilled in me is that the thing that made all the difference in his success (wasn’t is talent) but his level of listening and his ability to demonstrate thoughtfulness at every opportunity possible.
