What's included
A 60-minute 1:1 Zoom teardown with me. We go through your pricing, packaging, capacity and lead flow, piece by piece.
Identification of your real leak. Not a list of twenty things to fix. The one or two that are actually costing you.
A written 90-day plan, delivered within 5 business days after our session, so you know exactly what to do first, second and third.
